This is an argumentative essay. I wrote it several months ago. I did it very hard. I must do a consultation with my lecturer first and finally it well done.

Does social media bring more positive than negative effects?

In a Telkom solution.com, forty three million people in Indonesia use social media. The bigest users of social media in Indonesia are facebook and twitter. The populations of facebook users are sixty three percents from eight percents and twitter users are around five millions. I believe that social media brings more positive than negativeeffects, because social media can be used for sharing documents, spreading information, and helping our works. As social media has positive effects, we can use it well.

Firstly, social media can be used for sharing documents with many people. We can also share anything. For example, a businessman can use it for sharing documents with her employees, clients, and his partners. A businessman can also send some sample of photograph or doing transaction without meeting to each other. In addition, if we have friends in the other country, we can use it for sharing documents directly as if we can talk to each other directly although we cannot meet them. That is way, social media is important for sharing anything.

Furthermore, social media can be used for spreading information quickly. For instance, if there are some events or news, they will become the popular topics in social media.Users can update about the news information in social media quickly, such as earthquake news in Yogyakarta. The earthquake news can spread quickly in social media. The news just needs a few minutes for spreading the news. Also, if you need information about places, data, your friends, or your idols, you can use it. Whenever you need information about anything, you can access it through social media.

Also, for helping our works, we can use the social media. Mostly, the teachers use e-mail to contact their students, and they also use googledrive for doing communication. Another example, students use twitter, WhatsApp, or path to communicate with their friends about their task through the social media. If we often use social media, we have many friends, so we have many relations to help our works. Because social media can help us, it is very useful.

Thus, because social media has positive effects, we can use it well. The positive effects are for sharing documents with many people. It can also be used to provide quick information and helps us to do our works. Social media is very useful for us and social media is very important. As social media has positive effects, why we do not use it well?
